Eligibility for Exchange or Refund
We offer refunds or exchanges only in cases where the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage. Each request is carefully reviewed before approval.
To be eligible:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Clear photos/videos of the defect must be shared for verification.
Size Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product due to incorrect size selection, the exchange can be processed subject to product availability.
- In such cases, both forward and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen variations
- Incorrect size selection without willingness to bear shipping charges
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Refund Process
Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method. The processing time may take 5–7 business days.
