Exchange and Refund Policy

Size Exchange
If the size isn’t right, we offer size exchanges within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange :
1) The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
2) The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
To initiate the request:
1) Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
2) Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
1) Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display variations
2) Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
